PASSPORT
Your passport must be valid for at least 6 months past your departure date. Travel cannot be made with an expired passport.
VISA
Greece is a member state of the European Union and visits to this country are subject to a Schengen visa. Before traveling, all guests are required to obtain a Schengen visa, depending on their nationality and passport type. Turkish citizens with Green (Special), Gray (Service) and Black (Diplomatic) passports are exempt from visa.
CLOTHING SUGGESTIONS
Before traveling, follow the current weather and choose clothes suitable for the season. The ship’s central air conditioners or the wind on the deck may seem cool to you. We recommend that you bring a thin cardigan, shawl, jacket or windbreaker, comfortable walking shoes, swimsuits, slippers, sunscreen, sunglasses, hats, beach clothes, etc.
MEDICATIONS OR PROSTHESES
If you have a chronic disease or disability, be sure to let us know in advance. You may bring your medications and medical devices such as prosthesis or oxygen masks that you will need during your cruise. There is also an infirmary and doctor on board in the event of any discomfort or illness. Pregnant passengers may travel as long as they have not entered into their 22nd week of pregnancy upon embarkation.
CHECK-IN PROCESS
All passengers must have completed the check-in process at least one hour prior to the ship’s departure time. Reservations of guests who do not complete the check-in process are considered “no-show” and no refunds will be given for these cancellations.
PASSPORT CONTROL & INTERNATIONAL EXIT FEE STAMP
You must have obtained your international departure fee stamp before embarking on the ship. Our guests who have Northern Cyprus (TRNC) stamp in their passport will NOT be able to get on to the ship due to the ” Ship Procedure”. Those with a Northern Cyprus (TRNC) stamp in their passport must obtain a new passport in order to participate in the tour.
SHIP SAFETY DRILL
In accordance with the international ship passenger transportation regulation, it is obligatory to participate in the ship safety drill which will be held prior to the departure of the ship.
SMOKING / VAPING
Smoking and vaping are not allowed in your cabin or in any closed areas. We would like to remind you that you can only smoke and vape at the points designated as smoking areas on the open areas of the ship.
MOBILE PHONES and INTERNET
We recommend that your mobile phones be open to International roaming. The internet service on board is available at an additional fee.
DRESS CODE
We kindly ask for you not to enter the restaurant and casino with only beach clothes and/or beach slippers. There is no obligation to wear a suit, tie, evening dress or high heels in any area of the ship or during any activity on board. We do not host a Captain’s Cocktail reception. We recommend sneakers or flat shoes for your safety and comfort on board as well as onshore where the terrain may be uneven.
FOOD AND BEVERAGE
Breakfast, lunch and dinner are served as an open buffet. Tea/coffee is unlimited for breakfast and 1 glass of alcoholic or non-alcoholic drinks are included at dinner. For lunch or during any other time on the cruise, beverages will be at an additional cost. 1 bottle of water (1.5 lt.) per cruise will be included and in your cabin. Our afternoon tea will be at the Leda Restaurant and Thalassa Bar, which is an open deck, and our night snack is served at Leda Restaurant. You may use your ship card to pay for additional food and beverages onboard.
POOL AND JACUZZI USE
We kindly ask for you to use the showers by the pool prior to using the pool and Jacuzzis. There is a towel service by the pool, and we kindly ask you to leave the towels you use in the dirty basket after sunbathing and leaving your sun loungers. There are two Jacuzzis and the number of people is limited. Avoid reserving chairs and sun loungers so that our other guests can also use these amenities. Running is not permitted by the pools or in any other area of the ship and jumping into the pool is not allowed.
SPA USAGE
The Spa and Beauty Salon use is subject to a fee. If you intend to use these services, we recommend that you do not forget to make a reservation by asking for their availability the day before you wish to visit. The onboard brochure for the Spa, Massage, Care, and Beauty Salon contains all the information you will require.

Our Children’s Club for our younger guests operates while the ship is sailing

SHOPPING ON THE SHIP
Our Duty-Free store will offer you a rich and unique shopping experience. Our stores are only open while the ship is sailing, as required by law.
CASINO
There are many game machines and live tables for you to enjoy. By law, it will close when the ship approaches the port, and it will reopen after the ship leaves the port
