European identity card and passport
Greek nationality cruisers need a new type of identity card (in Latin characters) or a valid passport.
European and international citizens cruisers must have a valid identity card or passport with them. In case of passport, make sure that there are at least 2 blank pages and that your passport expires at least 6 months after the date of completion of the cruise. Any military ID is not considered a valid travel document.
Turkish authorities only accept identity cards of the following countries: Greece, Belgium, Bulgaria, France, Germany, Georgia, Switzerland, Spain, Italy, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Ukraine, Portugal and Poland. Citizens of European countries that are not included in the above countries can only travel with a passport of their country.
Miray Cruises liability is limited by international conventions and EU regulations, its terms and conditions and conditions of carriage. We therefore recommend purchasing appropriate travel, health and luggage insurance before your cruise.
To complete the reservation, a deposit of € 150 per cabin is required for 3-day cruises and € 200 per cabin for 4-day cruises. The balance must be settled 45 days before the ship’s departure.
You can pay for your reservation by electronic deposit.
The remaining amount in case of deposit must be paid 45 days before your scheduled departure.
There is also the possibility of repayment via electronic deposit, where the proof of payment is sent.
Final payment of the balance must be received at Miray Cruises’s offices at least 45 days prior to the sailing date. Payment schedule for groups is different from that of individuals.
You will have access to your cruise documents 30 days prior to your sailing if your reservation is finalized.
If for any reason you wish to cancel the cruise you must inform Miray Cruises in writing.
Miray Cruises will issue a cancellation invoice and the refund of the amount due will be made.

To board the ship as well as to complete the cruise, you are no longer required to show any kind of self-test result, vaccination proof or disease certificate.

Disembarkation times:
For both 3-day and 4-day cruises, after arrival at the port of Piraeus, disembarkation must take place by 08:00 in the morning.
Embarkation Hours at the ports of visit:
At all ports of visit, it is the passenger’s responsibility to return to his ship up to one (1) hour before the scheduled departure time of the ship. In case a passenger loses the ship, it will be his/her responsibility to pay all expenses incurred for his/her reunification with the ship.
Emergency embarkation or disembarkation:
Approval for embarkation or disembarkation during travel may only be permitted in cases of emergency. Please note that embarkation or disembarkation during the voyage may result in a breach of the Jones Passenger Ship Act (Jones Act), resulting in a fine.
Cruisers are not obligated to book a shore excursion and are completely free to explore ports of call on their own. While onboard the ship, all guests will be advised as to when they should be back on board the ship prior to sailing. In most cases the ship’s all aboard time is scheduled approximately 30 minutes prior to sailing; this time should be verified once onboard and will be posted near the ship’s gangway. The ship will not wait for any guest faring on their own, as it is their responsibility to be onboard before the ship’s scheduled departure time.
Tours are optional and have been created for your most complete experience. You are not obliged to book excursions to the visiting ports. In each destination you are free to explore the area and points of interest on your own. During the stay on board, all passengers will be informed when to return to the ship before departure. In general, boarding time is scheduled approximately 30 minutes before departure;
This time will be confirmed as soon as you are on board and will be posted near the ship’s boarding bridge. The ship does not wait for any passenger who is at the destination alone, as it is their responsibility to return before the scheduled departure time of the ship.

Pets are not allowed on board.
When the ship is at sea, your telephone connection is satellite from mobile operators. Roaming prices for using your device are set by your mobile operator. Before leaving, it is recommended that you contact your mobile operator for more information about these prices and the special packages available. An additional other option to stay connected without using your mobile data is to connect to the ship’s Internet.

On a cruise the clothes you should choose are the ones you would like to wear on your vacation.
Light and comfortable clothes for lovers of relaxation, more chic and formal clothing for your most refined looks. Plenty of swimwear and slippers/flip flops for the pool, spa and destination visits. Hat and sunglasses for decks and shore visits.
Do not forget that we travel in the Aegean and the sea so a light coat, a sweater or even a jacket will be necessary for the night.
If you want to visit the gym, sportswear and sneakers are a must.
There are no dress restrictions for visits to Turkey and traditional mosques, as well as to Patmos and monasteries;
Entrance to the ship’s restaurants and dining area in swimwear is not allowed;

It is recommended that you carry all your necessary medicines with you on the trip.
Money and valuables
In case you have with you, a lot of money, jewelry or other valuables you can hand them over to the ship’s purser’s office to keep them or place them in your personal safe in your cabin.
